- heat oven to 375 °f; oil 9×13 pan.
- brown 1 lb beef with onion & garlic; add tomato sauce; simmer 10 min.
- boil lasagna noodles until pliable; drain on oiled sheet.
- mix ricotta, egg, parsley; shred mozzarella & parmesan.
Cooking steps
Spread thin meat sauce layer in pan; add first noodle layer.
Dollop ricotta, sprinkle meat sauce, mozzarella; repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and mozzarella + parmesan.
Cover with foil; bake 25 min. uncover; bake 15 min until bubbling and golden spots.
