- slice chicken breast; season salt, pepper.
- grate 1 cup parmesan; mince garlic; warm cream.
- boil large pot salted water for fettuccine.
Cooking steps
Cook pasta until al dente; reserve ½ c water; drain.
Pan-sear chicken in 1 tbsp butter 5 min until cooked; remove.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan; sauté garlic 30 sec. pour 1 c cream; simmer 2 min.
Whisk in parmesan until smooth; thin with pasta water if needed. return chicken and pasta; toss 1 min.
Serve immediately, topping with extra cheese and parsley.
